Service Workshop
Carries out scheduled servicing, diagnosis and mechanical, electrical and hybrid or electric vehicle repairs on customer and stock vehicles to manufacturer specification, using documented repair orders, safe work procedures and quality checks before any vehicle is released to a customer.

- Complete repair orders to specification and within quoted hours
- Maintain hoists, tools and diagnostic equipment in safe condition
- Isolate and depower hybrid and electric vehicles before high-voltage work
- Record all parts, labour and findings on the repair order
- Report hazards, near misses and quality defects the same day

Diagnoses complex electrical and high-voltage faults, supervises the isolated EV bay and mentors apprentices, and has been at Torque for 12 years.

Carries out servicing and brake, tyre and cooling system work under supervision, and is in the third year of a light vehicle apprenticeship with Torque.

Repair Orders
Tracks every customer and stock vehicle job from booking to invoice with concern, work lines, parts, labour, quotes and quality check.
Incident and Hazard Register
Records injuries, near misses, hazards, property damage and environmental spills with investigation findings and corrective actions.
