Our departments
Six departments make up the business. Each page shows the purpose, the people, the measures that matter and the systems the team works in.
Service Workshop
Carries out scheduled servicing, diagnosis and mechanical, electrical and hybrid or electric vehicle repairs on customer and stock vehicles to manufacturer specification, using documented repair orders, safe work procedures and quality checks before any vehicle is released to a customer.
Parts and Accessories
Sources, stores and supplies parts, lubricants, tyres and accessories for the workshop, trade customers and retail buyers, manages stock levels and cycle counts, processes returns and warranty parts, and keeps the hazardous substances register current for everything held on the shelves.
Vehicle Sales
Sells new and used vehicles to retail and fleet customers, appraises trade-ins, manages the used vehicle stock through reconditioning to yard, and makes sure every sale meets consumer law, motor car trader and statutory warranty obligations from first enquiry to delivery.
Service Reception and Customer Care
Is the customer's first and last point of contact for service work: books vehicles in, records customer concerns accurately, prepares quotes and obtains authorisation, keeps customers informed during the day, explains completed work and invoices, and handles feedback and complaints in line with policy.
Administration and Finance
Runs payroll, accounts payable and receivable, warranty claim submission, vehicle registration and transfer paperwork, fleet invoicing, and the month-end reporting pack for the dealer principal, while keeping customer and financial records secure and retained for the required periods.
Safety, Quality and Compliance
Maintains the safety management system, incident and hazard register, plant inspection schedule, hazardous substances register, environmental waste records and manufacturer accreditation evidence, runs toolbox talks and audits, and coaches supervisors on consultation, investigation and corrective action.
